Swan Lake Iris Gardens Docent Program

Volunteers play a large part of our success in educating those interested in learning more about the famous Swan Lake Iris Gardens. Our docent program is unique in the fact that Sumter men and women are willing to go through a six-week training program and then donate their time to telling the wonders of our gardens to fellow groups from Sumter and visitors from around the world. If you are interested in scheduling a group tour of our gardens and would like to have a docent to accompany you and your group of 10 or more, please call the Swan Lake Visitors Center.  A two-week notice is required.
