Fridays At The Plaza
This event is sponsored by Central Carolina Technical College. Downtown Sumter has become the center for first class entertainment and the 3rd Friday each month, May through September, is no exception. Join your friends at Rotary Centennial Plaza (corner of Liberty and South Main Streets) for Fridays at the Plaza. Come hear great musical talents playing a range of great music from jazz to contemporary favorites.
The event starts at 7:00 pm and goes until 10 pm. Sumter area adults can join their friends for a casual evening of music and fun. Food will be available for purchase from Angels Mexican Restaurant. Soft drinks, wine and beer are also available. Bring your lawn chairs and join your friends downtown on The Plaza, starting at 7pm…entertainment is free!
In case of rain this event will be held in the City Centre, adjacent to the Sumter Opera House.
